There aren't many 3D futuristic flying action games on the 3DS eShop, which makes Iron Combat: War in the Air one to consider. Developed by Amzy and published by Teyon, this blends in-air shooting with some melee action thrown in; already out in North America, the good news for European portable players is that it's now dated for a 16th April arrival in the region.
We considered this to be 'not bad' in our Iron Combat: War in the Air review, saying "Iron Combat is a well put together - if not an ambitious - game, which takes mechanics from other shooter action games and adds a unique twist to them." We were a little critical of the game length and a few missed opportunities, but in general recommended it as one to consider.
It'll cost €6.99 / £6.29 when it lands in Europe - will you be tempted to pick it up?
