Ultratron

Curve Studios is already one of the most prolific publishers on the Wii U eShop in the latter half of 2014, but has now announced yet more projects coming to Nintendo hardware; this is hot on the heels of OlliOlli being confirmed for Wii U and 3DS in early 2015. As per that previous announcement, both the Wii U and 3DS have new games on the way in the early part of next year.

First up we have Titan Attacks from Puppygames, which has previously been released on PS4, PS3, and the Vita. It offers a modern, souped-up spin on the Space Invaders concept, with bright visuals and 100 levels; it looks frantic, and is coming to 3DS in early 2015. You can check out a trailer for the PSN version below.

The second announcement is for the new game from Puppygames — also published by Curve Studios — which is Ultratron; it's coming to the Wii U, PS4, PS3, Vita and Xbox One in 2015. It's been fully revealed on the Official PlayStation blog for 'early 2015'. With an aesthetic not far of Titan Attacks, this draws inspiration from "Robotron and other classic twin-stick shooters adding upgrades, two player co-op and adaptive difficulty that manually adjusts the pace of the game based on the skill of the player"; over 40 levels are promised.

Beyond that, Curve Studios is promising another "smaller Nintendo related announcement" for tomorrow (5th December), and has stated that there'll be more "insane announcements" in the next few weeks.

More download game news is on the way, then, but let us know whether you're excited about the arrival Titan Attacks on 3DS and Ultratron on Wii U in early 2015.

Thanks to Benson for the heads up.
