Super Smash Bros. is now only a little over a week away in the West, helping to ease the jealousy around lucky gamers in Japan; many will be rather familiar with the demo, too. As a result the hype levels continue to build ahead of millions more gamers getting their hands on the title.

Masahiro Sakurai's regular posts on the Director's Room Miiverse community, though he's made clear that hidden details and unlocks already revealed from the Japanese version won't be featured in the series. That doesn't mean there won't be points of interest, and we can still expect some reveals on stages and game mechanics up to the 3DS version, and then beyond while we wait for the Wii U release.

Most of the games in the Fire Emblem series have a different unique setting and have fields without much height, so it was hard to narrow down what venues to focus on. Castle Siege and Colosseum are two stages that aren't exclusive to specific games in the franchise.
