DC stays current
The LEGO games bandwagon shows no signs of slowing down, with LEGO Batman 2 — Super Heroes the latest blocky action game to be uncovered.
According to flyers included in the new LEGO range — as posted by MCV — LEGO Batman 2 gives the Dark Knight two new comrades, with Superman and Wonder Woman both set to appear.
The leaflets reveal the game is in development for 3DS and Wii — along with other non-Nintendo consoles — and will likely see release in 2012.

Superman and videogames have never gone to well together. Why you ask?
Dying is a big part in videogames, it makes a game dull, boring and not challenging if there is no way to lose.

The Batman name sells even more then the DC Comics name, FACT.
YEA!!!!! Another Lego game. The only ones I didnt like were Lego Indiana Jones 2 and the Lego Harry Potter games. Lego Batman was by far the best followed by the Lego Star Wars games. Cant wait to try this one but I agree with Shingi on this one should have called it Lego DC Universe.
Lego video games are awesome and credit to gaming in general.I've played every single one on the Wii bar POTC Wii which I borrowed but didn't complete. My favs and the one I've kept are Lego Star Wars Complete and Lego HP 1-7.... Lego Batman 1 was awesome and 2 sounds even better. Probably an insta-buy.
BTW, I heard the Green Lantern was in this too?

They should change the name to "LEGO DC Heroes", since it's not just a Batman game now that Superman and Wonder Woman are sharing the spotlight.
You know in Superman there's tons of foes that can kill him and are levels stronger then he is right without using Kryptonite?
Russian Zod, Darkseid, Doomsday, and mostly anyone that can use magic to name a few. People forget Superman is vulnerable to magic. Also Martian Manhunter is in the same league as he is when it comes to power.
@7 Exactly why I found Kirby's Epic Yarn to be disappointing.
@15 Nobody from Earth can beat those guys in a straight fight, and most DC incarnations have Superman as significantly stronger and more durable than Martain Manhunter (though he's no slouch, and I would rather have the abilities to shapeshift and phase through solid objects over x-ray and heat vision). As for magic users, you kind of have a point, but keep in mind that any non-magical character is just as vurnerable to magic (although Batman would certainly be prepared in his own ways).
Green Lantern hopefully included.
When they put everyone together like in a the Justice League they have to change certain characters around so no one becomes obsolete or out staged. Such as SOMEHOW Batman being able to keep up with Darkseid with this armor that normally wouldn't have worked.
Yeah they are putting more emphasis on Manhunter's shifting and such, such as Aquaman having Super Strength but they don't really make a big deal out of it because some of the heroes have it as well.

Shifting doesn't mean anything if superman can use X-ray to see MM bon structure.
But Let's get real someone like Zantanna could take them both out.
Really wish they would have ported Lego Batman to 3DS!
Superman as Lego? instant buy day one ps3 version that is unless the game is close to the WiiU release and theres a Wiiu Version i will get that one instead
Lego Batman is the hardest in the series imo and the only one to have a REAL challenge, day one pickup!

I actually think Indiana Jones and Harry Potter feel the best in Lego games. But since it's always the same game (more or less ) with another character i'm only getting the good ones for a budget price by now.

Yes I love lego batman and that means more batman legos!!!!! Lego is doing a line with marvel too interested to see if we get a lego spiderman?
