European and Japanese drops still happening

Yesterday we revealed that the trade price of DS consoles is due to drop in the UK following a similar announcement for Japan, so naturally we were curious whether Nintendo of America would follow suit. Sadly it seems that, if they are, we won't be hearing about it just yet.

A Nintendo of America representative issued a statement that "we have nothing to announce on this topic at this time," which is the traditional response in such scenarios of course. Looks like those of you planning to pick up a brand new DS console cheaply may have to sit tight for a while longer.
