Mario Strikers: Battle League - 10th June
Mario Strikers is back, baby! Yes, bringing the series to Switch for the first time, Mario Strikers: Battle League comes with its usual chaotic, over-the-top action, but also packs in some exciting new multiplayer options. Local multiplayer will support up to eight players, and an online 'Clubs' mode will have up to 20 players active at one time. We're very, very intrigued. More pre-order options are available here.
Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes - 24th June
Just in case one Warriors game wasn't enough, Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes brings even more Musou action to Switch on 24th June. It will, as you might expect, add to the story found within Fire Emblem: Three Houses, and will even have three different paths that pair you up with one of the three major houses from the original game. More pre-order options are available here.
If you're feeling hungry for more Claude and the gang, this one's for you.
Capcom Fighting Collection - 24th June
If you're a fan of Capcom's classic collection of fighting greats, the aptly named Capcom Fighting Collection will no doubt be for you.
The bundle includes ten of the company's most popular arcade games, with fully featured online modes and additional content sprinkled in for good measure. The ten games in question? You'll get to play, Darkstalkers, Night Warriors, Vampire Savior, Vampire Hunter 2, Vampire Savior 2, Hyper Street Fighter II, Super Gem Fighter Minimix, Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo, Cyberbots and Red Earth. More pre-order options are available here.
Live A Live - 22nd July
On 22nd July, western players will finally be able to experience LIVE A LIVE, a JRPG originally only released for the Super Famicom in Japan.
Presented in the same HD-2D style made famous by Octopath Traveler and Triangle Strategy, this modern remake of the game will have you meeting seven heroes, each with their own unique abilities and lives to live across different time periods. It includes remastered music from original composer Yoko Shimomura and is said to "retain everything that players loved about the original" game – consider us sold! More pre-order options are available here.
Xenoblade Chronicles 3 - 29th July
Arguably the biggest, most highly anticipated game on the list, however, is Xenoblade Chronicles 3.
Launching towards the end of July, the game is a brand new mainline RPG for the series that brings together the futures of the two original games. In this third instalment, players will be taken to the world of Aionios, home to two hostile nations, and we couldn't be more excited to jump in. More pre-order options are available here.

Defo getting strikers day 1 as well as Capcom fighting collection physical and digital. I have sunbreak preordered but I am starting to waver on that. Pretty packed two months as well. Lots of games going onto the BF list.
How is Strikers out in just over a week.
Probably just Mario Strikers and Digimon Survive for me
Really looking forward to Xenoblade Chronicles 3 and AI: The Somnium Files 2 (although I'll get that one on PS5)
Also I assume the next MK8DX DLC will release in either June or July and I'm looking forward to that one too
Already pre-ordered Strikers, Fire Emblem, and Xenoblade Chronicles 3, going to be a great couple months!
My physical copies of Loopers and Yurukill have already shipped so I'm waiting on them to arrive and I'm also getting physical copies of AI: The Somnium Files - nirvanA Initiative, Omori, Live A Live, Koumajou Remilia Scarlet Symphony, Xenoblade Chronicles 3 and Digimon Survive. Got Mario Strikers preordered on the eShop with an NSO voucher (and using the other one for Splatoon 3).
Nothing really piques my interest in June outside of Three Hopes, but I should probably finally play FE: Three Houses before diving in. As for July, Xenoblade Chronicles 3 will likely be day one (or close to it) with Live A Live and Digimon Survive to follow at a later date.
Airport simulator looks appealing. Hadn’t heard of that before. For some reason it made me think of a game I spent a ton of time playing when I was younger, TRACON.
Not really looking forward to any of these. Honestly, ever since BOTW 2 got delayed, This year has went from great, to now being average at best for me. It is still early in the year though. Maybe a Zelda port or a new DK will get revealed this summer.
Clive N Wrench is not going to come out this month lol. But maybe this year??? I'm super pumped for it! Other than that, these next few months are backlog and Klonoa
I have no idea why but I thought Shredder's Revenge would come out in June or July....
Haven't bought a switch game since legends Arceus and it seems like that will continue, my covid spending spree on games has finally subsided and I am no longer impulse buying. In all honesty I probably won't be buying anything until botw2 or sparks of hope, whichever comes out first
Are there words any more annoying than “code in box”? 😩
June and July are really going to make a hole in my wallet aren't they. Games I'm looking forward to the most: Mario Strikers Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Klonoa and the new Fire Emblem Warriors.
What about Azure Striker Gunvolt 3? Isn't that game suppose to come out at the end of July?
I hope you guys review Chikip Dancers. Looks like a killer app.
I don't usually pre-order, but Target had Xenoblade 3 on sale for $40 and I wanted it day one anyway so that was a no-brainer.
Live a Live is the other game here I plan to buy. A demo might convince me to buy Three Hopes.
When is that Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Special Edition pre-order going live on My Nintendo so I can completely miss it when it sells out in 2 seconds?
These two months are totally stacked for me. I'd be satisfied with Xenoblade 3 alone, but man Live a Live, Fire Emblem, Capcom Fighting Collection and a lot more.
Oooh....!
My Universe game again. 😃
Mahrio strikers. Letsa go
AI: The Somnium Files - Nirvana Initiative, Loopers, Omori, The House of the Dead Remake and Lovekami Trilogy for me. I wish Making Lovers had an English option and I know eventually Anonymous;Code will have a western release.
Klonoa and Fall Guys are my two must-plays.
I'm also very interested in Live a Live; I'm looking forward to seeing reviews for that one and Capcom fighting collection. The new Xenoblade looks beautiful but my rpg queue is already too long.
Shopto[dot]net is cheaper than Amazon for the majority of the games on here.
@Digitamamon64 Kinda the same here, except Live A Live as well.
They are running out of time to announce a Digimon Survive Special Edition release:(
@Kiz3000 I unfortunately doubt that they will. I think that they've kinda screwed Digimon Survive tbh. It comes out in July and I still don't know much about it. It seems like there's not a big marketing push behind it...
