Topic: Wow Cave story is officially Awesome!

There are no new sound effects. Listen carefully and you'll see they're the same as the old ones.
What's more, somebody from Nicalis said once in their official blog that the new music setting keeps the old sound effects untouched. They're just too loud in this version for some reason and need their volume to be lowered a couple notches in the options menu. That's all.

i really don't think they're the same, try shooting the fireball gun with both new graphics and audio, then set both to old and shoot it. the shots sounded much different to me
