Topic: Why hasn't Moto Heroz been released yet?

Wasn't it supposed to have been released in june or july?
If so why has it been delayed?

Originally they said June/July, now it's coming this month from what RedLynx tells me.

Maybe RedLynx had to fix a couple bugz and polish it up a little more. Or maybe they read the threads on nintendolife and they're going to add the WFC multiplayer races.

LOL! I doubt it, though. The chances for wifi on it are very slim (at least it seems that way to me.).

I'm confused didn't the Nintendo Life articles state there WOULD be wifi races?

I wanna know what happened to Retro City Rampage.
It looks just like an 8-bit GTA game. It bet it would be really fun too.
Didn't we first hear about it six months ago? Why hasn't that been released?

The Wii version of Retro City Rampage was finished last year, but Microsoft essentially paid the guy making it to not release it on Wiiware. It's coming out on XBLA instead.

Well if it's not being released on Wiiware shouldn't somebody take it off the coming soon list?
As well as several others listed that we now know are never coming?
An Nes styled game that isn't being released on a Nintendo system. Yeah that makes alot of sense.

Last we heard from Brian it was planned for release on XBLA first with a WiiWare release to follow (see here), and official site still says WiiWare too.

@Link79 - The Wiiware version hasn't been officially cancelled yet, it could still theoretically come out well after the XBLA version. Usually MS console exclusivity for arcade titles lasts one year, as with games like Braid and Limbo. At that point I doubt he'll even bother releasing the Wiiware version.

That story about the delay for the Wiiware version is 8 months old. It's not looking too promising.

@Link79 Yep, aware it's an old story, but if there's no news there's no news. It's officially still on so until we hear more from Brian, it's another WiiWare waiting game!

MotoHeroz hasn't released yet because Nintendo are too busy juggling their big balls right now...

Nintendo has confirm that the game will be release on September 15 for 1500 Wii Points.

1500 is understandable because the game looks like it should run in retail form and remains me of the levels from Kirby's Epic Yarn when he turns into a Monster Truck.

So it is finally coming out next week? Nice! I've really been looking forward to this game.

Hopefully we also get a demo with that high of a price point.
I agree that it looks good but there are so many other lower priced retail Wii games I could spend my money on.

Walmart (online) has lowered Donkey Kong Country $25
Amazon lowered Lego Star Wars III to $20 (all the Lego games get to this price over time)

Whoa, they lost me as a customer with 1500 Points. Would have bought for up to 1000, will not be buying for 1500. I think sales will be pretty bad with such a steep price.
