What's up with Wii-Ware and Virtual Console lately in the USA? where is Adventure Island? Bubble Bobble? where are the N64 games? the good Commodore 64 games? more arcade games? I'm tired of being disappointed every week! The Wii will be gone before they even get to most of my favorite games at this rate...

The Wii has another 3 years or so left in its lifespan...with the likes of blockbuster titles such as Penguins and Towers keeping it going

Water Warfare 3481-0499-8502
Super Smash Bros. Brawl 2535-5527-9255

I've gotten used to games that I don't want to spend my hard earned money on coming out on Mondays, but when there is a good one I feel about as happy as the N64 kid did on Christmas

I actually thought Nintendo would strongly support the Virtual Console and WiiWare because of the lackluster retail releases.

I was wrong. lol

It isn't all bad. Pitfall and Crystal Defenders are welcome additions to the Wii shop channel. But I'm still waiting for Texas Hold 'em Tournament and Super Smash Bros. And please, dear god please, Harvest Moon 64.

Well technically you weren't really wrong since you "always predict them to be bad so [you're] always right or surprised", right? I thought that comment was so funny.

expect the worst, hope for the best. it's a solid mindset for a lot of things, not just Nintendo's VC/WW releases. :3

I am very dissapointed with Nintendo's update today. Besides Real Football on the DSi,we recieve an ANOTHER virtual board game [we got Penguin Party last week],and a medicore shooting game. Is Reggie an evil prankster or something!?
I'm playing Ocarina of Time right now,but I should be able to complete it next week. I love this game, and I WANT to play Majora's Mask after I complete this. But if NOA dosen't release Majora's Mask next week,Nintendo will feel my fury!

MM seems likely on VC. It'd be nice if the rest of the update turns out to be good, too.

Come on, friends,
To the bear arcades again.

I've talked about my weekly dissapointments and frustration so many times here, and I'm just gonna try to keep cool from now on, depending on what the 300th VC game is. You all know what I'm feeling about it now, as I do with everyone else. But just remember guys. Nintendo made a big deal about the WiiWare's birthday, giving us messages and videos on the Nintendo Channel and all these other notices and cheers. And what do we get for this big day? A board game about Pirates, aka, MORE shovelware. So if Nintendo was STUPID enough to do that, do you guys REALLY think Nintendo will release MM or SSB or even FF as the 300th VC game? I could be wrong, and I might be, but I'm gonna stand by that. I don't think it will happen. Right now, I can't trust Nintendo with anything that's been happening. It's all just been mixed bags and dissapointments. But my answer to the topic, all I can say is, I've had enough.

I would be shocked if true. I expect an incremental update at best, but I cannot see Nintendo abandoning this system for a long time given the massive installed base.
