@longtimegamer: Yeah, I actually bought Opoona day one... I love the game but I unfortunately haven't had the time to finish it. One day, hopefully... Anyway, I'd certainly love to see more one-handed RPGs on the Wii.

@Swerd_Murd: I haven't played the mobile version, but I'm pretty confident that the WiiWare version is far superior. For starters, the iPhone version lacks online leaderboards and multiplayer (both of which extend the replayability exponentially). Also, I've heard that the touch screen controls feel a little off and inconsistent (honestly, buttons are almost always better for rhythm-based gaming).

You are indeed the master of this game. I played it for a bit last night and saw your name atop pretty much every list (I'm still on the first few levels, trying to get the hang of it before moving on).

So, what's the most important technique if you're seeking high scores? One thing I tend to miss is all the floating items (time bonus, etc) that I tend not to jump for. Is collecting coins, chaining a long sequence of Greats, or having a high timer at level completion most important to the score, if you had to pick one?

Downloaded this the other night, is crazy fun

Best 500 Points I've ever spend. I love it! My best game was on Stage 3-1. I'm 4th on the European and 12th on the Worldwide leaderboard on that stage.

I'm not on any of the leaderboards but I still love this game.

@ACK - buttons are always more precise for rhythm based gaming but the games are still as much fun without buttons. Osu Takake Ouendan (/Elite Beat Agents) and Taiko No Tatsujin (Drum Master) work great without buttons.

@warioswoods - Do all of the things you mentioned in one go for best results. I would say chaining greats is most important. Especially in the final dance. Just always be scoring. Don't miss, try to find "specials", and grab big coins as much as possible.

I got this game today and found out my hidden potential; being good at pressing the A button alone.

Ha this game is awesome! Well worth $5. It's got a surprising amount of depth and challenge for a game that's controlled with only one button. I got onto the leader boards 5 times on my first playthrough for Normal and Turbo modes. My favorite level is the Kung Fu level littered with samurai, ninjas, and Bruce Lee types, so fun. I plan on going back to see if I can't smash some records.

Dang you Jararr; I was number 1 in nation for level 1-1 one day now you updated your score. I will be number 1 soon again.

This game looks like SO much fun. I was pumped ever since Nintendo Power did a preview of it. Sonic & Knuckles just came out today, too...I smell a Wii Points Card in my future.

So you're Jayarr! I saw you on the #1 spot on a bunch of levels, you're a beast man! Best I got was 14th place in 2-3 Turbo. How do you get such high scores?

Well. I got two firsts in turbo (2nd too), but still trying to break the top 30 on 1-1 normal. You guys are up there!
I've played it soo much recently that I don't know how much I will today to better my scores. (My fiance and I were playing 2 player when she was over this weekend. She also played the normal modes too. she might have played a little of the hard -don't hold to that.) I think she's on the board for a couple things.
It's pretty cool to see some of you guys up there!
