I'm making this topic to make it easy to find out if any patches get made for certain games to fix bugs or add extra stuff that said I need alot of help keeping this up to date or finding fixes or new stuff for games I don't own Thank you in advance for your help
#1- Cave Story There was a bug in its original release that made the sound scratchy & terribly shrill this patch not only fixed this problem but also forces you to beat the game to unlock the extra modes,which were availible from the start on the un-patched version
#2- Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles my Life as King: a patch was added to add extra download content not availible on the original version.

I beat my unpatched Cave Story and download the patch later, so it should come as no surprise that I still have everything unlocked, right?
Why do astronauts backtrack? They forgot the Space Jump Boots.
Did the North American version of LIT get patched with the improvements in the European version? I noticed that those improvements are included in the North American demo.

Hmmmm....I am not sure :/ I looked it up & as you stated the demo version does indeed have the patch changes. However I could'nt find any info on the full version can anyone who has the full version confirm whether or not the patch has been released in america?
TV Show King got one, but I can't remember what it fixed. Bit.Trip:BEAT got one that made darker beats easier to see, and fixed a high-score/level unlock problem.
The patch for Cave Story fixed a ton of stuff besides the remixed music:
Fixed map glitch.
Fixed game crash in Outer Wall.
Fixed looping error when using the original music.
Fixed several typos and incorrect grammar in the script.
Fixed missing transparency in the teleport menu.
Main menus were redone.
Implemented special outfits for Halloween and Xmas.
All extras mode are now unlockables.
Quite a bit of stuff, eh?
Really makes you wonder, didn't they have to submit the game to Nintendo multiple times because it had too many issues/errors/glitches? And even when it gets approved, they miss stuff.

Yes, but those were other kind of issues, as in issues not related to gameplay.
You see, what Nintendo checked was the submitted software's compliance with the Wii's system and guidelines. Things like, making sure the Home button works fine, the online manual is properly formatted and in all three required languages (English, Spanish and French), making sure the game shuts down properly when going back to the Wii's main menu, checking so that all references to any of the wii components (controllers and stuff) are called by their right name and are properly trademarked, and so on, and so forth.

Ohhhhhh! I always assumed it was basically some game testing to ensure that a game is playable.
