if they make a sequel to this they gotta have "Swords and Soldiers: Ancient Civilizations" and you can play as egypt, greece, rome, babylon, and india (i dont know if those last two are ancient civilizations). they definetly should put online in it

I got past the cage round. My solution was to just drop as many traps as possible and finish it quickly rather than try to only trap certain warriors. Whew! I think I'll try the next mission tonight...or Icarian. Hmmmm, decisions decisions...
The fastest way to pass the cage round: DO NOT research or make any soldiers, just accumulate enough mana, you can even sacrifice your miner. The first two invaders would be leopards, simply set trap on the floor next to the first two cages (click the floor, a trap will be set, waiting to cage the enemy), when the leopard tries to save the trapped, it will be caged (if you worry that won't work, set up multiple ones side by side), NOTE: once you get the first leopard, set trap by his cage and you will catch one more. Now you have 4 in cages. The next two invaders came at the same time, this is the only challenge, you can set up trap on the floor again in advance, when the two invaders come, just cage the behind one manually by clicking him, later your trap on the floor will catch the front one automatically, and the round is done.

That's pretty much what I did bar the not researching part.
Has anyone figured out how to do Boulder Run achievement without killing any of your own units? That seems like an awfully unreasonable request unless I'm missing something.
edit: I have 11 Achievements now. Just got Rickrolled. edit: Make that 13/25! 20 minutes after, I got Bull in a China Shop and Uncontrolled Demolition. Anyone know how to get Reverse Psychology? What about a good strategy for Son of Norris?
I got Bull in a China Shop and Rickrolled in the same battle. I only have 8 achievements but i just downloaded the game 2 days ago and am on level 8 in the Chinese campaign.

reverse Psychology is tricky you have to play aztects VS aztect in skirmish (if you got noone to play with) and use mind controll on a unit that had just been mind controlled by your enemy (watch thoes sun giants). as with son of norris do berzerker run but dont use the yin-yang at all and when you reach the necromancer let him summon the skelly's.
I cant beat the first aztek mission, its really ticking me off
Just keep throwing poison bombs into the units ahead that are still asleep/not moving. Your necromancers should be able to build up a huge army of skeletons to take out the enemies that are attacking you. Then once the next enemies, AKA the ones you previously threw poison bombs on, reach you, they will be very weakened.

I just beat the final Chinese campaign level, it took me exactly 35 minutes to beat. So far I have 11 achievements but I don't currently feel like trying to get any more.
