Licensing Sega CD titles for purchase on VC could bring back the much needed attention that the WiiShop is lacking at the moment. And just maybe breath a little life back into the Wii, especially for all of the veterans.

But like Sega said, Nintendo's 40MB file size limit is keeping pretty much any Sega CD game off WiiShop. Nintendo may remove the limit at some point, but I'm not crossing my fingers.

The steepest Wiiware titles are only priced at 1500 pts. or $15. If WiiWare titles with larger file size limits were made available, they may actually cause competition for retail releases. Which intern would eventually devalue retail titles or considerably increase their prices.
