I'm tempted on Adventure Island, though the price drop the price drop of BBP makes me want to get that too! The fact that AITB is different from the previous ones, especially the item upgrades, makes me more tempted to get this than I normally would be, I think. upgrades.

My next points card will be going towards World of Goo. After that, whichever I get will depend on IGN's reviews.
I made Kid Tripp! PocketGamer gave it a 9 out of 10! You should totally buy it now!

I would have picked up BB+ ages ago, but Bubble Bobble has been 'tainted' by my ex (grr).
Once all memory of her has been purged, I shall be downloading pronto.
Adventure Island? Meh!

Got BB+ a few weeks ago here in Europe and I love it. its not without its flaws, the graphics are a little disappointing at times but the game play is great if occasionally harsh. The new "arrange" mode is great too. I have a lot of nostalgic memories of BB so for me it was a sure thing but its a quality version of the classic, simple enough for the casual gamer to pick up and addictive enough for the core.

I just read the review all the way through and it was said that AITB was virtually unchanged from the original game. Did it seem that way to you? What's the same?

I've got points to burn, but sadly no interest in these titles at all. I tried to fake some, but then I watched the videos and lost it again. Oh well...

I had a hard time deciding on which one, I went with BB+ and it's not bad.

I was tempted to get Bubble Bobble: Plus but some people posted in the review that there is a bug in the game that causes your character to get stuck in certain narrow corridors. Has anyone heard anything about this glitch and if so has it been corrected yet?

Oops, sorry about that! Yes, I was talking about Bubble Bobble: Plus and I made the correction to my post. Thanks for pointing that out!

Actually, I wonder if I should just get MM9 and BBP. Haven't been able to get myself to buy MM9 yet, even though I like Megaman.

@WolfRamHeart I haven't seen any such bug in BB+. Have just noticed that you lucky gits are getting it at 600 points, an absolute steal for that price, definitely go for it.

Did your ex encase you in a giant bubble and then pop you?

@valleyoftheunosYeah, the game is a fantastic bargain at only 600 points and I never played a Bubble Bobble game before but I've always wanted to! Thanks, I'll give it a shot!

I got it. So far, it's my least favorite WiiWare game...
