NVM. figured it out randomly. the game puts a ! over the spot when you walk over it and thats where the drill is used. wish I had saw that before but i must have avoided that who area where it was. ty tho for the feedback.
Can ANYBODY tell me how to get past level 1-6? I'm at the part where there is the 4x4 wall and I can't shoot it or ground pound it! I'VE BEEN THERE FOR DAYS!!!!!!!!! Please help me out if you know how to get past! P.S How do I get the drill? thanks, zombiemonkey.
You can't get beyond that part just yet, so find a different route to get to the next area. If you could take a picture of where you're at, that would help.
I really wanted to like this game, but it feels so slow. Not only that, but the spikes sometimes blending into the background as well as not being able to shoot vertically or diagonally.
I have a little question guys: When I played the game for the last time (some months ago) I got stuck at the flies hive (pretty early in the game). Should I kill all the flies (wich takes ages) or should I destroy the hive (wich also seems to take ages). What should I do?
I need one of those stone element robots to get to the wallcrack booster upgrade!!!
I haven't even found stage 3-2. This game is hard. Metroid hard. Kid Icarus hard. But the more you progress the easier it gets. Most helpful was the double jump and the first energy upgrade.
Still stuck at 72%, need a stone nanobot to make progress in the inside of the robot to get the booster upgrade.
I teleported back to the beginning of the game for the third time, this time drawing maps while wandering about. Was pretty long ago the last time I had to draw a map for a game to find a way to completion.
Any chance that I missed a map or radar/alert beep if something is near?
Where's world 3-2 by the way??? I skipped this entirely!
I was drawing maps to some sections of the game, and was able to get 100% today. Took me almost 40 hours.
40 hours of challenging adventurous and actionpacked exploring. Some frustration, even masochistic at times, but I never gave up, and being able to complete this 100% is so pleasing and a reward in itself.
I think it's the best Metroid-like game out on WiiWare, counting games like LostWinds 1&2, Cave Story, Dive and Blaster Master Overdrive.
9/10 in my book. But beware. It's for oldschool core gamers only.
I cannot remember how far in I was when I got stuck. It's very old-school and did my head in, but I thought the art direction on it was brilliant. Great effort from the developers on this one.
