Here we can discuss what we hope we will be getting on WiiWare/VC/DSiWare in the EU. Our hopes, our fears and what we think of what Nintendo have already announced.
It's a week away, what can Europe expect next Friday? Nothing is confirmed yet so what do you guys think we get. My Predictions (or hopes ):
WiiWare: = Excitebike: World Rally= The Magic Obelisk
VC:= Super Mario Kart (not interesting for me cause I still have the SNES cartridge)

Nothing worth buying. I believe "WiiWare" is the encoded version of that very phrase, a fact that makes as little sense as the NoE release schedule.
Of course, if could also mean: "I promise something good will come" which seems to be the whole mantra behind the Wii.

This is the first time in a long time that we still don't know anything...Maybe no update at all? I wouldn't be surprised actually.

I don't really care anymore. Its usually bad.
If we get Super Mario Kart or Castlevania Rebirth, I'll be getting those though.
Edgey, Gumshoe, Godot, Sissel, Larry, then Mia, Franziska, Maggie, Kay and Lynne.
I'm throwing my money at the screen but nothing happens!

Meh. I no longer care. I've given up on hoping for anything good and instead have created my own achievements spreadsheet which rewards me with 100 'virtual' wii points for every four hours played on a VC/WiiWare title and 200, 300 or 400 points for completing them on easy, normal and hard difficulties respectively (obviously I can only claim for the highest achievement)
Not that I really care for playing much on WiiWare (because most of it is dull, horrendously short and laughably easy) but at least it'll give me incentive to go back to my VC titles and give them a go. Plus, considering that I only get to play for no more than 1 hour per day it should take me a while to rack up enough points whilst waiting for any good games to arrive.

Well Phoenix Wright is confirmed now. That means we will get a crappy game along with it. Pub Darts is most likely.

Some optimistic predictions up yonder in this thread.
"They say video games are bad for you? That's what they said about rock n' roll."
17. Posted: Tue 12th Jan 2010 20:23 GMT
I predict total disappointment. I've had my Wii points saved on my system for months now just for Mario Kart but it never comes. Anyway I know Phoenix Wright is a definate but I wont be happy unless I see either Mario Kart, Rondo of Blood, Rocket Knight Adventures, an arcade Street Fighter game or arcade Final Fight...yeah, it's not going ot happen is it?

Well if Phoenix Wright is definately coming then i'm looking forward to nothing on WiiWare. On DsiWare I hope for Pop Island.

Does someone have a source for the announcement of Phoenix Wright in Europe? It's not on the official Nintendo site yet. I think I will get Phoenix Wright, just out of curiousity and because the first is still the best in my opinion (especially music wise).

Confirmed so far (nintendo site):WiiWare:Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney
Well I think I'll skip Phoenix Wright because next week we get Max and the Magic Marker.
