I decided to get this game last night. I'm halfway through the story, participated in some online missions, and raced 60 multiplayer matches and can't wait to play more, with more than 2 players!

Now to say something about the game: The trap stage is awwwesum!!!! Every few stages you get a break from those frantic ghost races and get thrown into an exciting pool of ideas (missions) that are just plain fun to play. I wish there were more of them. Transporting Hans on the top of your car is hilarious! And the main character is the dumbest hero of all time. The dialogue of the story mode is so stupid, I love it. Multiplayer is one of the funniest on WiiWare to date! The controls and physics are perfect. Content is outstanding. Graphics are some of the best on Wii. The music reminds me of some C64 SID tunes. The online is feature-packed! I can see why this got a 10/10.

A perfect racing game needs spot-on controls, a true sense of speed, and great tracks to race on. MotoHeroz has it all.

Still no update from RedLynx on the DLC, huh? I wish we'd receive some type of confirmation on this subject, at least the amount of points that'll be needed to purchase. )<:

Sorry, no more info at this point. I'll let you all know when there is something more to tell about the DLC.
The DLC is not a part of the game we left out just to sell it later. So you get the full MotoHeroz experience even without it.

Oh, well may I suggest an online multiplayer function, as one of the DLC packages? Many gamers are deterred from purchasing Moto Heroz, because of it's lack of online multiplayer racing and many who own it really wish it was an option. To tell you the truth, I won't be purchasing the DLC if it only adds on to the local multiplayer. Thanks for responding though @Pahannes. (<:

(I'm fairly sure nobody would hold it against RedLynx, if they made it available in the future as DLC.)

Gah! Played some more single player yesterday and got as far as the ice stages. I can't seem to get the knack of the velocity level. I can see what I need to do (flip after the first loop) but just can't do it.

I also solved The Trap level by accident and fluked the Peri escort mission. She fell just at the end but I hit the finish line before it registered her fall!

Yeah, I really need to finish more of the story mode myself. Hey @yOss4ri4n, do you know which is the other buggy your able to use in the online play mode?

I think it's one you unlock about half way through the game. It's blue with big spongy wheels.

@Pahannes, are you able to use Arachno Tank or Egg Bot for online races? Or is there a buggy that you can use most of the time? I don't want to waste my coins on a buggy I can't choose. @SamuraiShyGuy, what buggies have you been able to use with success online? If there isn't anyone in particular, I'm just going to save my coins for the HeroKart ll.

@WiiAboutU : Yes you are... in some of them. Every track has it's own selection of allowed vehicles.
I'd say Arachnocar is the best overall car you can buy for online races. I have been able to get quite good results with Arachnocar, Arachnotank, Ms Moped, Eggy Buggy, Skullasaurus and Herocart II. You don't have to save your coins for the Herocart II: no money needed.

How much does the dlc cost?

Almost a month since the release and still playing this regularly. I´ve tried online challences every day expect for 5 or 6 days when I was away from my home. I hope the scores reset soon so that new players have a chance to make it in high in the online rankings. Also, I want to see if I can make it back to top 10 after that.

@WiiAboutU & @Tibre: Sorry, but I don't have anything new to tell. So no guesstimates for now about the release date or price.

It's embarrassing to see that all you are really that good. I would have to play 24/7 to beat the current top10. And I have played this game for over a year (while developing)! Damn you...

I didn't get this at launch, so I had to catch up a while, but now I'm ranked 17 on the global ranks. Yohoo! Hope to keep it up.

Still have to get 15 gold medals in the story mode to unlock the final car. Have 98.0%. 60/75 Gold medals.

@question to the developer:
After I beat the story, and collected all coins and spirits, I was going through the different pages, read the funny texts about the 150 spirits, and read the story chapters but they just stop at 25/25, and it seems like it's missing a few final pages of the end of the plot. What happened to them?

can someone please help me find 5 missing spirits?

I found them all. And I can only advise you to find them all by yourself because it's so rewarding if you do.

But if you really can't find them I will try to remember, just name the stages.

Nah, you had better overall times than me back when you played so you´d at least get into top 9.
I´ve played almost every online event so far and getting past TOP 5 has been impossible (mostly been in ranks 6-10 lately). Darkhorse and Wolfgang are the number 1´s of this game. There are other good players too but those names show up the most in top rankings for each race. And they´ve spent most time in online too.
