The only thing you have to remember it that it is a very difficult game. I know I'm not the greatest at shooters, but I can't even beat the game on easy mode.
For ten bucks, Yes. I've got as many hours in Onslaught as I have in fifty dollar games. I don't think that it is that hard, you just have to figure out a strategy. I think online play is a big thing, but I haven't spent to much time online. The times I have played online, there was not a problem finding people to play with.
I would really recommend that you give it shot, even if you are not a big FPS fan.
Totally worth the paltry asking price. Easily 20+ hours of fun in single player alone (assuming you replay on the harder difficulty levels) It gets even better on the harder difficulties, with stronger bugs requiring more shots to kill but no more ammo available than normal, forces you to be thrifty and share your weapons around for maximum effect. Online is ok too but single player is where this shines. Its dumb simple fun, leave your brain at the door and you'll have a ball.
