Topic: I NEED HELP IN FF4:TAY

if anybody has beaten rydia's tale plz if u can exlain a stratagy or 2 about beating the demon wall

if it's like the Demon Wall in normal FFIV, slow the wall and haste your party, then go all-out to defeat it as quickly as possible (use your most damaging spells/summons/attacks/etc.).

Assuming you have a decent weapon for Calca or Brena (whoever you have turned into an attacker, Warrior's Clothes/decent Knife), just have Calca/Brena front rowed, attacking, with Rydia casting one of the -ara spells as quickly as possible...all he ever did was grad.petrify a couple characters, and never enough to even warrant healing. You could use a couple tents til the moonphase strengthens either Attack or Black Magic, to up the damage you're doing to him...he doesn't really deal much/any back, just (i'm guessing) eventual instant kills...I killed him before he got close enough to kill anyone.

You could use any/all items you have that have stat-boosting effects, but keep in mind that this a time you aren't attacking, so make sure it's justified. Just cycle your turns quickly...the more hits the better...he doesn't have too much HP
