does anyone else think that a wiiware game where you could simulate a government with your miis as the members is a good idea?

That would be cool, yes. Kinda like you're the mayor of the town and you have to ensure people's happiness, solve problems, etc.

If you mean a real-life experience of government, then no. If you mean a the wacky and cool experiences of government, then yes. I'd love to force my Miis to wear pajamas all day. :)

The only thing that gives pirates a chance against ninjas is the ability to grow awesome beards. Other than that, they're completely outmatched.

If mankind ever invents the holodeck, I can see that you'll have quite a few scenarios to play out.

Hey, that's pretty good idea. It would be nice if you could wage war, or be a diplomat against other governments, decide between democracy and election or dictatorship, socialism or captilism etc. And then see what happens.

A game like that should be online.

How would online work?

you would have other players online that you could either join forces with or blow up. that decision would have to be made by your own wiis government obviously. If lots of online nations find a consistent problem with their nation or the game itself, then you could have one huge online argument about what to do.

ive also had an idea for what the elections would be like. You could watch the votes as they come in, and it would only take about 5 minutes. then you could get started immediately on actually playing the game. There would be elections annually, and there would be a job security meter, which shows how much the miis support your decisions.
