This demo is Vampire Crystals. A very good game. When i enter a few days to the shop channel it dissapeared. Then i went to my downloads and it is there but because i already downloaded time ago.

Why dide they retire a demo?

If I remember correctly, the Wiiware servers are set to be shut down pretty soon. So, it could be a part of that process. I certainly hope not, though.

I don't believe that is the case. I'm in the US, and NOA has announced they are shutting down some things at the end of June, including the News Channel (which I am extremely bummed about because my cat and I sit on the couch and check it over coffee every morning before work), Weather Channel and Nintendo Channel, but the Wii Shop Channel was specifically mentioned as remaining live. Here is the link to confirm it: http://www.nintendo.com/whatsnew/detail/tiQImp7Oi97LiEyVqwDqL...

The shop channel will continue simply because it generates money to Nintendo and the 99% of Wii shop isn´t available in Wii U eshop.

Wii Shop will stay there for a long time i believe. I don't think they will remove it anytime soon.

It was probably at the developers request, the full game is still there. There has to be some cost-y policy that prevents from having demo versions of games, I heard they were for some time and later deleted until October of 2012, I believe, when they re-listed most of the demos.
