We just got word from the guys at Legendo that their WiiWare debut 'The Three Musketeers: One For All!' has been approved by Nintendo for Europe and Australia so we should be seeing it on WiiWare very soon.

You can stay up to date with the latest Musketeer gossip on Legendo's Twitter & Facebook.

The lovely cel-shaded graphics remind me of Viewtiful Joe, which can only be a good thing!

Stay tuned for the Nintendo Life interview!

I gotta say, it looks kinda cool.

Plain old gamer :)

I was wondering about this recently. I hope it turns out well. Between this and Explodemon we could have some really cool new platformers to look forward to.

It's been ESRB rated for a while, so expect it soon.

Wow, that looks really fun. It kinda makes me think of Ninja Gaiden. Graphics are sweet. It'll definitely sell well.

I predicted it to come this/next month actually last week, especially considering their current situation with the game. I'm not 100% sure if I'll get it though. Hopefully it's priced right.

Summer WW Releases just keep getting better and better, am I right?

Good to hear the positive feedback chaps! I'm the PR manager for Legendo and it warms my proverbial cockles to see such enthusiasm for our product:) I can't reveal anything about release date, but believe me when I say it is nearly here! The game plays really, really well. I know any PR guy worth his salt would say that about even the worst games out there but hand on heart, this is a special little title and it's an amazing achievement the guys have pulled off getting it onto WiiWare.

Glad to see you here, eripmav!

The screen shots from the game didn't really turn my head, but the trailer looked awesome. I can't wait to see this game in action. If it's a solid platformer, there's a whole WiiWare audience hungering for something just like it.

Good luck with everything; I'll keep my eyes open!

Thanks Chicken, very kind:)

I keep saying this to people, I must sound like a salesman! Thing is, celshading by the very nature of the beast will always look better actually in motion, unless of course you're capturing hi-def 720p-1080p PS3/360 screens of course. Alot of people dismissed the screens but like you said, once it's seen actually in fluid motion, it totally blows their minds.

The most impressive thing for me really, is that the development team's actually managed to get the original game, complete with full orchestral soundtrack from CDRom and shrink it down to WiiWare's tiny file size and add more. Mind blowing really what you can do these days:)

All the best with your upcoming release! It'll surely do well amidst the current crowd of WiiWare titles given the lack of some platformers. The game holds promise and some of the perspectives shown in the video look great and it looks like it'll give the game even more life.

Oh and don't worry about the early skepticism. It's quite common around these parts with some WiiWare titles. Once the game is released, though, if the game holds up, then expect some praises to be coming your way from people who didn't write the game off but actually gave it a shot and were pleased with what the game had to offer. It is my hope that your first WiiWare game will encourage you to pursue this venue again in the near future!

Holy Crap!!! This game looks really good! I was writing it off as shovelware until I saw this trailer! The screenshots don't do this game justice until you actually see the it in motion! Thanks for posting this! I'm definitely keeping an eye out for this one now!

That's a 40MB game? lol No way!... I mean, I guess the 2D backgrounds wouldn't take up a lot of space, but it works REALLY well! lol

dang, i was just talking to someone else about Alexandre Dumas... and lol, the MGS-esque '!' sound. that looks interesting. I like the comic-book visual style it has going, too.

Nice, I'm excited about an NA date.

Shame you had to pull out the MGS gag. That's not covered under parody?
