Topic: Am i still eligible to get a nintendo club prize?

I have lots of nintendo games, but i never registered any yet. I have an account from long ago, so if i register them all now, can i still get doc louis' punch out?

No you had to reach Gold or Platinum by June 30, 2009.

Yeah, I'd do it anyway; you'll be eligible for next year, and if you have all those codes laying around you might as well get yourself some Club Nintendo booty.

I dont get it, it already says from my old nintendo account that i have a gamecube, ds lite, and wii registered, then it has a list of all my vc games on the site too, however, i still have no coins??? why?

They need to interview you first which should take about 2-3 months

They expire after a certain period of time, so some of those purchases probably gave you coins that eventually went away. Regarding VC purchases, I think you only get coins if they send you a survey as well, and you fill it out.

Always remember to check back and do your surveys for extra coins!

EXPIRED!!!!!!! WTTTTTHH NO way, i have way too many games for that to happen GRRRR!!!!! nintendo....whyyyyyyy must you defy me! I have 3 surveys tho, will fill out now, although one of them is for a game i dont even have xD

Another club nintendo question. If you have say 800 points (which means you are well into platinum status) and u spend them all on the game and watch ds game (i assume it causes u to lose all your coins) Does this mean that you lose your platinum status along with your coins? if it does, that means you can't win the end of the year prize next time around as well...kind of a rip off....

I am pretty sure it doesn't do that.

All of these questions are answered in the FAQs on Club Nintendo's site, but no, you don't lose your status. Some games don't give you any points if they are too old, as Club Nintendo didn't exist in NA until earlier this year. VC and WW games only give you points for post-play surveys which come 2-3 months after your game is registered.
