Like I said, references, references EVERYWHERE.

Ha.

He says it's going for a December release. Far too long for me, but even worse is that's just maybe. Ah well, at least that means it'll be better.

The best strategy in the game: go up stairs and pause balls.

Yeah, I seen:
Ninja Gaiden
Back to the Future
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
Metalgear
Zelda
Bionic Commando
Earthbound
Contra
Super Mario Bros

Played them all years ago when they were around for the first time...I miss those days...Don't get me wrong, I love my new stuff, I am amped about Phantasy Star Portable 2 tomorrow...But I remember the first time I played Final Fantasy or the hours spent in frustration with Crystallis...Oh the memories...

Vegeta: Just...just...transform damn you...
Bulma: We are going to have a penthouse sweet...and he'll drive a corvet...and we will make love every single...
Zarbon: (transforms)
Bulma: KILL IT WITH FIRE!

There's plenty of even older references going back to the Atari days, such as "Nolan's Arcade", a reference to Atari (and Chuck E Cheese) founder, Nolan Bushnell. Can't wait for this game.

The Shpydarloggery
She-Ra is awesome. If you believe otherwise, you are clearly wrong.
Urban Champion is GLORIOUS.

Yes! This game looks brilliant! Ever since I saw it in Nintendo Power, I've been visiting the site for this game every day, and listened to a lot of interviews. I'm unsure whether it will be out by December or Early 2011 The game's creator has stated several times that it's targeting a December release. But at other times he said it might be out by 2011. The only way the game would be out in December is that if it was finished by this month, since La-Mulana was just submitted and is said to be out by this year. But, if this game is finished in December, it will probably be out in early 2011. I think I'll go with it being out by 2011, since the developer hasn't said anything and is probably putting the finishing touches on it and playtesting it. I hope to see big news soon!

Woah! Just recently, the game's creator just tweeted saying he will definitely announce which platforms the game will be on this month! So an early 2011 release is probably what to expect! I can't Wait!

A preview of this game. Nothing new really, but more to feed the hype.

The last part caught my attention

Retro City Rampage was originally announced as a Wii title to be released by the end of 2010. But as of now the game has been pushed into next year (hopefully February) as the platform of choice is now up in the air.

RCR site does still have the Wiiware logo, so I have no idea what they're saying. Maybe they're thinking this as they played the build version with 360 controller (but not on 360 apparently, as PS2 controller was also a choice).

In any case, I still hope this comes to Wiiware, as I really want this one. I'd buy it ASAP.

It might not be coming to WiiWare? I hope that doesn't happen.

I don't know why there wouldn't be a Wiiware version. The developer said he had it working perfectly on the Wii, and he hasn't had to cut some any of the game's content because of Wiiware. Well, I have a 360 anyways, if it comes out there and not Wiiware, I guess I'll have to get it there anyways. I want it on Wiiware though. Anybody who bought MegaMan 9 on Wiiware even if they have a 360 knows what I'm talking about, retro games just feel like they belong on a Nintendo console.

Seems like the creator starred in his very own Zelda Nintendo commercial back in the 80's. Here's a clip of his youngerself. Clearly sporting the funky glasses and blonde doo.lol
