So I saw the thing about Nintendo's web framework platform and it looks super sweet. How hard do you think it would be to get flash games to work on it? Can you imagine nintendo pulling the strings to get super mario bros. crossover and super smash flash 2 to work on the wii u???

Super Smash Flash 2 would be AWESOME but not so sure about everything else I'm not the biggest fan of flash games :/

Probably won't work at all, at least not directly. Flash is an external application, and Nintendo would have to spend a small fortune to get Flash support.
And exporting a Flash game to HTML5 means ludicrous amounts of work, since the very basics differ greatly.

So yeah, I highly doubt that any developer would be willing to deal with exporting a Flash game and redo it from scratch in HTML5 instead.

Also, do you honestly believe Nintendo would allow fangames like Smash Flash or SMB-X to ever be released?

The Web Framework is only for games that are developed for the eshop. It's not a thing for the browser and Nintendo wouldn't let any game on the eshop with one of their characters in it.
