If I had to pick two out of Two Tribes' four eShop games, which two would you guys recommend?
EDGE, RUSH, Toki Tori, or Swords and Soldiers? I've never played any of them before, so which two will provide the best cheap fun?
Edge is really cool. it has a nice amount of content for the price. i got frustrared with rush early and haven't really played it since. same w toki tori 2.
I'm going to have to recommend my own game IQ Test It's coming out July 31st, but is one of those games that makes you want to rip out your eyeballs. It's super frustrating due to the amount of difficult questions it contains. It's made especially for the Wii U console and all of the challenging puzzles are tailored to the GamePad specifically. I can't wait to get your guy's feedback once the game is released!

Sounds intriguing and I like to support indie developers when I can.
I prefer multiplayer games specifically...how is Advance Wars' multiplayer?

I'm really interested in buying Child of Light... Have any of you played it enough to have a formulated opinion on it? I'd buy it regardless, just curious.
It's awesome. CoL and Shovel Knight are my games of the year so far.
...So what's Shovel Knight like exactly? Saw videos of it from Comic Con and all that, looks kinda interesting.
Basically old school Megaman with a bunch of other elements from other NES games added incredibly naturally. Basically stays on the line of being a true 8-bit game without being TOO limited by NES. Incredibly well made in basically every way.
I recommend Rush and edge, great games with nice 8-bit nostagia touch... pretty cheap though and with lot of contents...
I am enjoying a lot pushmo world, very clever puzzle platformer, and on the (local) multiplayer side I had a blast with "how to survive" with my girlfriend and tnt nitro racer with friends....
I was never so close to throw the gamepad at tv as I was with that game... too frustrating for me, even if I must say is very well done, graphic and music are outstanding...

that game is a moving painting first, and a not too complicated rpg second... I liked it... if you wanna play an "easy" rpg without the need of spending days grinding, i recommend... the battle system is pretty clever too...

Just felt like pointing that out....lol.
Anyways yeah, might get it, but at the same time I'm thinking of aiming for a 3DS XL by the time Smash 3DS comes out. What's New Game+ anyways? Is the game basically harder or something?

Keep it PG-13-ish.
New Game+ is classic New Game+. Mostly just harder enemies, fewer checkpoints and almost no extra health to find.
Classic NewGame+ is an option unlocked when beating a game!
It let's you play the storymode from the beginning, but with all stats and items from your previously beaten game still intact.
One of the first games using it was Chrono Trigger and one of the more recent games was The Last Story.
Harder enemies and no extra health, etc?
That is no NewGame+.
That is just an added difficulty setting labeled wrong.
In Zelda's universe it's called Hero Mode.

Sooo....I'm confused now...is SK's New Game+ just harder, basically then?

Ok guys, so I need some recommendations. I have $10 of eShop cash and only need to buy something for $3 to get another $5 eShop code, so I can either get a $3 game(paid by credit card) and get a $15 game, get 1 $5 and then potentially get another 2 $5 games, get one $10 game followed by a $5 game, or buy a ton of smaller $0.99-2.00 games.
There is alot of options in all those cases, so which games should I get under those circumstances? I'm not for sure going to get anything, because I might need the funds I have later, but I figure I might as well ask if I get tempted one day and impulse buy stuff.

If you easily have friends at home and wanna have a little diversion from Mario Kart, I would recommend TNT racers, is on sale now and it is a total blast on multiplayer (only local, unfortunately)...

Swords & Soldiers HD
People keep saying the Xbox One doesn't have Backwards Compatibility.
I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...
