Hi everyone, I have a few questions about the upcoming Wii Sports Club coming to the e-Shop. 1.) I am pretty excited about this if the online features are popular, are a lot of people thinking of buying any of the games and if so which ones? 2.) When you buy a game, like bowling, will it come with the silly extras that were a part of wii sports, like the 100 pin bowling and curve ball practice challenges? 3.) Again with bowling (actually not the game i am most looking forward too but i realize the most popular on the disk) will it be real motion plus capable so shouldn't that make the motioning(?) i realize not the graphics, comparable to the bowling on wii sports resort or am i missing something?
Thanks everyone and love the community, if this is successful maybe nintendo will think of releasing more sports and games along these lines, still hoping for a really good mini golf game.

I wouldn't mind having Wii Tennis, I just wish they were closer to the $4.99 mark.

I hear you, i most want boxing and baseball, if they are truly motion plussed up then that will be fine, especially if the online is as good and active as it potentially could be

Well didnt NL have a preview of this game here? Or am i mixing things with another website?
Well anyway nintendo did announce that u gotta have motion plus to play this game. So tennis will be having quite the improved controls also u still cant control the mii. Bowling will still have those minigames also will tennis. Baseball and boxing and golf are announced for early 2014.
Aehm yeah i read that sadly bowling wont make to much use of the motion plus but well thats all i can remember if u still got questions i look this preview up again. But im really not sure if it was NL which had this preview.

Refer to the Iwata asks which has been released today/yesterday for some interesting notes and videos.

As for purchasing, for the hell of it I will probably buy tennis and bowling and see how it goes. The online sports club has me interested as a less violent alternative to BLOPS2 multiplayer, for when my mood changes (and also because I am crap at BLOPS2...)

They confirm in the Iwata asks that golf, boxing and baseball are in progress and will be released as time goes on, and its a fair assumption that (1) this will be a popular game and (2) they will continue to periodically release further sports.

I like that we're going to get a free day pass every time a new sport is released. I was worried if you blew it on the first 2 sports you wouldn't get the chance to demo the other 3 sports before deciding whether to buy them.

Glad I opted out of Spotpass downloads, as even though it would be useful for this title, I wouldn't want Nintendo thinking it was okay to just send 1.3 GB files my way whether I wanted them or not. I only have Basic Internet, and I want to avoid filling up my Deluxe and having to hook up a HDD for as long as possible.

Thanks for your responses everyone, I appreciate it. I can't see the bowling or golf being much better than the wii sports resorts once it is motion plussed, the online might make the bowling good though. For me boxing and baseball are practically definites as I have stated and will certainly give the others a try, especially tennis
Iphys, I am going to have to look up this Spotpass, not sure how i registered and now you have me paranoid

i'm just hoping that they will add some new golf courses to sports club.

Gaming Appreciation.

I would love it if they added more sports along this level of complication as well.

ehe I just invited my brother to come down here tomorrow for a game of tennis. I'm sure the game is going to be brilliant and he'll love it - I mean, it's Wii Sports Tennis + Motion Plus + online play localized to your region/state. It's going to be a giant.

Top-10 games I played in 2017: The Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild (WiiU) - Rogue Legacy (PS3) - Fallout 3 (PS3) - Red Dead Redemption (PS3) - Guns of Boom (MP) - Sky Force Reloaded (MP) - ...

We should have a NL community tournament for bowling.

So I got and tried the bowling and tennis, forgot how fun they are, a little more training games too, motion plus for bowling doesn't seem as good as on sports resorts, and don't notice much improvement in tennis, although been a long time sine played wii sports tennis so that may be my memory. Still so much fun though

Nintendo deffinitly needs to sort online and add rematches, the ability to check in game if friends are playing wii sports too, and what sport they're playing, plus the ability to invite friends to a match.
The current set up is slow, the only way to set up friend matches is to send messages through miiverse in the hope that your friend will get it in time.

Indeed. We didn't even get a full 18 holes.

Also hoping that Nintendo continues this attitude and keeps releasing further sports games along this line of simplicity
