That's too wide of a question. What price range, what genre, what style etc you're looking will help narrow the suggestions for something you'll like more.
Shovel Knight, The Binding of Issac Rebirth, Boxboy, NES Remix & 2, Swords and Soldiers 2, Affordable Space Adventures and above all else- The Ace Attorney Trilogy and then Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney Dual Destinies. You're welcome.
@TheLastLugia: I was thinking getting either of those Phoenix Wright games as I enjoyed the court parts in Layton vs Wright. Which one do you think is better, Trilogy or Duel Destinies?
@lighteningbolt79: well (obviously) the trilogy is 3 games as opposed to the one of Dual Destinies. Not to mention the fact that the trilogy is where it all started, and most Ace Attorney fans will tell you that the third of them is the best in the series. So if you ever want to get into the series, definitely get the trilogy and start with the first one. Hope you enjoy them as much as I have
I also second the Ace Attorney Trilogy recommendation. They're some of the best adventure games/visual novels you'll ever play.
For future reference, play them in this order:
1) Ace Attorney Trilogy
a) Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney
b) Ace Attorney: Justice For All
c) Ace Attorney: Trials and Tribulations
2) Ace Attorney: Apollo Justice (this is a DS game, so you'll need to buy a cart, but they should be pretty cheap)
3) Ace Attorney: Dual Destinies
The spinoff, Ace Attorney Investigations: Miles Edgeworth is ideally played after Apollo Justice.
