I suggest you add music to the game, and certain something to the snake characters (like cutscenes or personality to them).
Also the difficulty level should be much different - currently there is no challenge.
You say compete with friends and such, but really isn't this more of a co-op affair? As everyones stats combine with your own, I'm not seeing the competitive aspect. This isn't necessarily a complaint as I prefer co-op, I'm just looking for some clarification on how someone would play this game competitively.
Done and done. If I'm not too late, this sounds like an awesome chance to contribute to the game. I love the classic "Snake" game in its many versions, but this seems like a potentially very neat twist. I'd love to give it a whirl, especially if it allows me to give the developer comments that might lead to an even better game.
Plus, I'm always looking for something new to play with my wife and with how much money we've spent this month on family gatherings and Christmas gifts, my gaming budget wouldn't allow me to get it for quite a while, anyway.
