I want to buy a Super Mario Bros U download code.
I already bought mario kart 8 and redeemed my free game (zelda windwaker).
Since I already bought mario kart 8 and redeemed a code, can I still buy another download code from someone and redeem another game like Super Mario Bros U?

Yes I did that for Pikmin and Zelda, used my Mario Kart code for Super Mario Bros. U

You can buy as many codes for different games with the following restrictons:

-One code per game
-The code must not have been used before

Other than that, there's no limit to how many codes you can use

So, I don't need to create another nintendo club account?

Nope, you can continue to use the 1 you have. You can only register 1 Mario Kart but the download codes for the free games are not tied to the account that registered the Mario Kart... hopefully I didn't confuse you
