Topic: Pre-loaded game question

I bought the digital version of Super Mario Maker and pre-loaded it on my Wii U.

I know the release date is Sep 11th in North America, but I want to know exactly when the game is available for me to play. Like the exact time. Is it midnight eastern Sep 11th? Or because Nintendo's HQ is in Japan, is it midnight Sep 11th in the Japanese time zone?

Perhaps someone else has experienced this already with a Nintendo game in the past?

Thanks in advance!

Yeah, it's midnight, though from what I've heard, it has to download a bit more at midnight in order for it to be playable. (the size is small, though)

Keep it PG-13-ish.

From what I hear, midnight eastern time if you are in America.

That is true. I was playing Smash for about 3 hours before the people sitting outside of stores were able to purchase a copy

People keep saying the Xbox One doesn't have Backwards Compatibility.
I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...
