Currently there isn't a Wii U stretch Goal but I wrote the developers and they responded with very positive news:

"We are developing in Unity which makes it easy for multi-platform including the Wii-U and we're already a licensed Wii developer. So if the community is strongly urging for a Wii-U build, it could likely happen. "

This looks like an incredible game(see link below), if you agree please write the devs a nice message and help bring more great indie games to the eShop.
