Also, Nintendo releases will only be on Nintendo hardware, so how Nintendo acts towards indies and on the eShop would only apply to Nintendo systems. That is one game and you right that it is not fair to lump that in with the rest of the stuff. (And I will get it pretty soon). The rest though are the rejects.
