Just noticed meme run was missing from the eshop in north america. After a few lol's i went to miiverse to see it's comunity was missing as is his developer account. Never been a fan of the guy but I wonder what happened.
Well the guy made poor quality games that he couldn't handle the obvious low rating scores, then to top it off he was taking memes and sprite work from others which could of got him into trouble.

I found a post someone I follow made in the Meme Run community, and when I clicked on Meme Run it just said "The page could not be found."! IQ Test is still there though, so maybe Meme Run is all that got removed... Oh well, that's good enough for me! I don't have a problem with IQ Test other than the fact that it's over priced and a ripoff of the Idiot Test. (Which honestly, for all I know, could be a ripoff of something else.)
Nah, if he did something like that, he would name it something like "Meme Run: Dank Edition" or "Illuminati Only!" or something like that. And charge double for it.
His company was involved in copyright issues over their latest game, which ended up being cancelled because of it.
It potentially affected Meme Run. But I couldn't say for sure, he may have just shut the company down. Or maybe Nintendo decided the eShop should have at least some standards.
Wasn't there a recent update that changed some graphics due to legal complaints?
If asked to bet, copyright issues would be my take on why it got removed. Hard to say when it just suddenly drops from the eShop though. Maybe they are just getting ready to release Meme Run Super Deluxe and don't want customer confusion...
