I have a feeling that whoever drops money on 2 will end up loving it, just like the first.
I haven't seen anyone say, "The first was bad, not buying this." and in fact I think the sales of 2 will be higher than those of 1.

I know I will love it. The idea for the first one was really cool, but the selection of games was the biggest problem with it. This game looks to continue the original idea with a much better selection.

I never played the first but do you get to play large chunks of games with different mechanics? Like playing Super Mario Bros as Samus with her abilities? Or is it just really short play sessions

People keep saying the Xbox One doesn't have Backwards Compatibility.
I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...

They are like 20 second - 3 minute minigames, but there are lots to make it worth the money.

To me it seemed like many of the games in NES Remix were ones that would appeal the most to those who's first NES was the Deluxe set (or even know what that is without looking it up), where as many of the games in NES Remix 2 seem to be ones that are better known and more people will remember.

As far as interest in NES Remix 2 and a demand for more Remix games I don't think Koichi Hayashida has anything to worry about, in fact I would be surprised if their hasn't already been at least some development done on the next game (for whatever system that may be) already.
