This is cool news for me, because I liked NES Remix but wanted more games in it.
It also looks like there will be more crossovers like Samus in SMB, so that's cool.
It's a better choice of games than the first one for sure. Still, I had a lot of fun with that one so I hope this one can manage to top that.

wish id waited and just got this one, games are much better. i did enjoy the first, but dunno if i fancy dropping the money again.
maybe if they had some deal for people who bought the first.
Although the games look better than the original, if this is what nintendo thinks this is what the wii u needs to be saved, they're gravely mistaken.
That's a silly thing to say. Nobody thinks NES Remix 2 will "save" Wii U. And to imply that they're "gravely mistaken," as if Nintendo is going to die relying on this game, is even more ridiculous. Considering DKC:TF, Mario Kart 8 and Smash Bros. are all on their way out it would be the most ridiculous thing to assume that this is the game that Nintendo is relying on. This is just a small budget game to get a little extra cash and giver Wii U owners a little something to play.
Championship Mode has you trying for high scores in three rapid-fire levels from different NES games, using the scoring system from the 1990 Nintendo World Championships. However, you need to own the first NES Remix to access to that mode.
