Would someone please tell me the information about the first and second editions for the Wii-U, it looks like and sounds like a puzzle-platformers where you kinda change the screen to figure things out? Do you need to play the hyper-drive to understand the second? Is one easier than the other? Longer? Thanks for any information you can give

Darn you Nintendo, my backlog is already out of control and you are just making it worse with these new game announcements!!!!

You don't need to play one to understand the other. The Hyper drive edition is longer but harder, and is an upgrade to the original while the 2nd one is a port from the 3DS.

What Mudkip said. Personally, they're both great, but the Hyper Drive Edition is better IMO (even at the extra cost). You're right it's kind of a puzzle/platforming type of game where you have to think about which blocks to switch in order to proceed. The extra trick is there are par times you can try and meet to unlock extra levels for more challenges (potential replay for completionists).

Personally, I'd HIGHLY recommend the games if you like stuff like Megaman, Trine, or the fighting/platforming segments of Metroid (not the exploration). If you don't like these kinds of games, then it might not be fore you. And if you're worried about the difficulty know that it doesn't get too hard until later/bonus levels. If you haven't already watched the trailer on EShop, you should: it's what got me to buy it (that and the fact it's made by WayForward: Duck Tales HD, Boy and His Blob Wii, Shantae, etc.)

Thank you everyone for taking the time to answer my question, i don't know megaman or Trine although i do have the demo for Trine 2. As for Metroid I only ever played the original Prime, but I liked it, but overall I love video games, but I kinda suck at them lol

Is there a better set of levels on the Wii U version ? (On the 3DS one there is about 2 or 3 levels that I think are absolutely great but the rest feel like an extended tutorial).

The Hyper levels show off the game a lot better imo. Some Hyper levels aren't to great but most are good

People keep saying the Xbox One doesn't have Backwards Compatibility.
I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...
