which games and how much are they?

People keep saying the Xbox One doesn't have Backwards Compatibility.
I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...

And thanks for pointing this out, OP.

I've been kind of tempted by Cloudberry Kingdom for a while, but the graphics/art look a little flashy to me. I've heard a lot of good things. If you've played it, what are your thoughts?

I have the same feeling ; maybe youre also interested on Mighty Switch Force, this one I've played and is one of my favourites. Top-class 2D art and animation.

Part of me wonders if this sale does well if they will port the rumored 360/PS3 version of AC5 to Wii U but if this sale fails to show Ubisoft will be supported they will not bother with a part... just a thought I had. Maybe I should get AC4. I haven't played a AC since AC2

AC4 has been on sale multiple times for $20-$25 at Best Buy. I'd save myself some money and buy it that way if I were you @DefHalan.

Nah not to burst your bubble but even if it sells well during the sale it wont prove anything to Ubisoft except that people are more willing to buy a game for the Wii U when its discounted rather then the full price which is still a negative in their eyes. But to be honest, it wont effect their decision.

I think companies just see money. Look at mobile. Companies practically give their games away on mobile just to make money. Companies sell a gimped game for free with $10 DLC to give you the full experience while charge $10 for the game DLC included on consoles. If Ubisoft makes money then I think they will continue to support Wii U

@DefHalan you sure have a point. But you can choose from any game of the list I guess. Rayman Origins is a heck of a deal and Zombie U looks like a superb experience from what I played on the demo.

@Tasuki
Yea, I am pretty sure that I am but I am staying optimistic

@vonseux
I already have Rayman Origins on Wii, Rayman Legends on Wii U, and ZombiU on Wii U... not sure what else would be worth it lol

Great price on Rayman. If I could buy a retail copy at that price, I'd bite... digital isn't my thing though. Funny how a lot of the other sale prices just seem to bring overpriced digital content in line with what retail prices have been for a long time.

Ghost Recon on 3DS is worth that price, although you can probably find a retail copy cheaper depending on your location and media preferences.

I think that applies to all platforms. I don't even remember when was the last time I paid full price for a PS3 game.

I will comment in this thread, never being able to find it again.

Yep that is true. I mean heck I rarely buy games at full price, I either buy them from Amazon on sale or I buy the game used.

Same here, but at least it convinced me to play Rayman Origins. Depending on my progress, I might jump on it anyways.

OK, to clear something up about publishers: Their decisions are generally dictated by results that produce the highest and/or safest profit margins and momentum. Goes without saying that half-assed, belated sales aren't much of a factor in that regard.
