Topic: If I download a game can nintendo end up deleting it from my system?

This isn't Sony, so no Nintendo won't delete anything from your console unless is an illegal mod (which they should brick your system anyways)

Could the mods please lock this thread, as the question was already answered?

This question became a valid concern when for example Amazon removed books from the kindle. Someone mentioned it here - it was actually 1984. Nintendo will never do that, since games were already removed from the Wii Virtual Console but not if you already downloaded them, and you can also keep re downloading those games.
