Pac-Man VS would be perfect fit for Wii U.

If you don't know what Pac-Man VS is, here's the Wikipedia article for it:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pac-Man_Vs.

Some new things they could add to a Wii U version would be the ability to play with 5 players (with the fifth ghost being Clyde), way more mazes than just 5, and an online mode.

A 3DS version would be great too but the Wii U needs it more, plus you can play the DS version of Pac-Man VS on a 3DS but you can't play the Gamecube version on a Wii U.

I know Pac-Man Museum is coming to both 3DS and Wii U later this year, but that probably won't include Pac-Man VS since Pac-Man Museum is multiplatform (also on PS3, 360, and PC) while Pac-Man VS is Nintendo exclusive since Nintendo originally developed it (Miyamoto in fact) while Namco only published it on Gamecube.

I dunno. Maybe it'll be VC in the distant future.

I'd like to see Pac Man VS. become a Wii U-exclusive game on that Pac Man collection that's currently in the works. Yeah, the 3DS/Vita/PS3+Vita could also pull it off, but like the OP said, Miyamoto developed the game (I believe it would be possible for Pac Man VS. to arrive on non-Nintendo consoles legally, but that would be kinda disrespectful, and Namco and Nintendo are rather good friends), and I feel like the Wii U would be the best fit for the game, having played the Gamecube version numerous times with friends, and the Wii U could use an exclusive feature in multiplatform games.

Sadly I think Pacman Vs. was screwed over by Nintendo's terrible marketing of it (read: having it be a focus at FREAKING E3 and then awkwardly being put onto into a reduced price Pacman World 2 so quietly that even as a regular gaming internet person at the time who had looked up information on it a month prior to see what was going on with it, only found it by accident at Toys R Us.)

Because of that, I have my doubts we will ever see it again.

This would be perfect for an eshop game.

It was ported to the DS in 2007 as part of Namco Museum DS.
