I loved this game on PS3 it was one of the few games that used the vita like the gamepad . I love the game so much i'll double dip for it on wii u. I noticed somethings in the trailer that wasn't in the ps3 game.
Current Switch Games: Super Mario Odyssey, Legend of Zelda BoTW, Mario Kart 8, Splatoon 2, Resident Evil Revelations Collection, Doom, Skyrim, Rogue Trooper, Volgarr the Viking, Blaster Master Zero, Elliot Quest, and Rive
I've been interested in this game since I believe it was showcased at PAX 2012 I believe. Metroidvania + lucha = fantastic idea and apparently it is actually as awesome as it sounds so that's cool.

Yeah, there were quite a few things new in the trailer that weren't on the PS3 version. I'm also going to double dip and purchase this for Wii U.
Also, to whoever said this game is old..... This game is not that old (Metroid for NES is old). Second, if a game is awesome it will always be fun for you, no matter how much time has passed, imo. And lastly....old games r the best, magn!!!
@Berzerker99 - Actually, Peek-a-boo added that "old" part to Dumedum's post when he quoted it.
Oops! I'm sorry, I'm not on a PC and it's a pain to navigate and comment on these forums. Alls I know is somebody said the game was old and that's laughable
It's almost with good indie games like this who needs so called AAA 3rd party titles lol. Now we need Bastion, Fez, Hotline Miami, Dust ,and some others.

I gave the game a spin. It's hard to play on a keyboard, but it's definitely well made.
You need a controller for sure! I couldn't imagine playing with a keyboard.
I've actually worked out a decent setup. It's still cumbersome (dodging is tough for how I mapped the controls)
I set it up like this:
Up: Up
Down: Down
Left: Left
Right: Right
Attack: C
Special: Z
Jump: X
Grab: V
Pollo Power: LShift
Dodge: RShift
Switch Dimentions: RControl
There might be more stuff to the controls, but I can't remember.
Also, I've just lost it during some parts of the game.
The fact that Skeleton Dude (not in the mood to look his name up) turned the Devil into a Rooster, who you meet earlier. Priceless.
Just how many game references are there though? I've seen VVVVVV, Missingno, Super Mario Bros, Castlevania, the Chozo Statues, Cucoo equivalents, missing bricks in the shape of a jumping Mega Man, the colors of the CV rainbow, and I've hardly made a dint in the game.
