Bwahaha, and they finally announced that Dragon's Crown will be hitting PSN that same summer! Now They gotta compete with the game they're a spiritual sucessor of, and no amount of nostalgia can save them! Oh if only Vanilla Ware didn't take so long to release that game, maybe they would've had a chance.
Oh well, at least DC's release still means there'll be plenty of Amazon Rule34 on Pixiv for a while.
And yet, I ended up buying Dragon's Crown instead of this. Huh...

@PinkSpider: Off-TV Play and hopefully better online. I heard there were some issues with online for the PS360 versions though I am not totally sure since I will get this for the Wii U someday.
To blessed to be stressed.
80's music makes me feel fabulous.
What Would Duane Do? Rynoggery
Sorry to report but the Online has what I call the Turbo Bug.. where the game all of a sudden speeds up for no apparent reason.. (Actually it happens offline to..so it may be a bug in general but it is not as bad as online.) Online also has a habit of getting very laggy when there is three or more players.. and... sometimes Online cuts people off for no reason whatsoever.. when Online does work.. and is not so laggy... it's great.. but from what I have seen there is very few sessions like that.. (Or at least for me).. also sometimes there is a bug.. where the buttons don't seem to work.. I have ran into this several times.. but.. when the game works perfectly.. it is a lot of fun..
I am a wild and free Ninetails not a trainer.. get over it...

I assume because Dragon's Crown actually matters
Nah, I'd still say Dragon's Crown is nothing special, I just the random impulse to buy it for some reason. Probably the Amazon...
You know speaking of Golden Axe, there is a true arcade sequel which never made it to any home platform.:
It'd be great if Golden Axe: The Revenge of Death Adder got released on Wii U eShop / XBLA and PSN, but that's so very unlikely given the state that Sega is in.

Also only $7 for 1 copy. This is why I will never buy indies on Nintendo e-shop, its all overpriced and by a long way. I got The gianna sisters game for $1.00 also on amazon months ago and many others that are on e-hop for $10+.

You see, there's a fundamental problem with that, though: Now you have to play games on the PC. I think I'll spend the extra pennies to get a game on a real console with a real controller.
"Pretty Much yeah" as in...it's only available in Multiplayer? Or "pretty much yeah" as in it supports the Pro in Singleplayer? I'm genuinely curious, now.

Proper controller for this is an Arcade stick which has to be used on a table. (Failing that a Saturn style pad).
Too much latency with a modern TV. (Especially compared to a good low latency gaming monitor.) Wii U adds another frame absolute minimum as well.
Regardless anybody owning any version other than the Saturn one has a junk version. (Steam / Wii U / 360 / PS3 they are all garbage). Saturn one is perfect at least looks to be (I don't own the Saturn version). But looking at video's of it on real hardware you can tell what it is supposed to be like.
