If I remember correctly, it doesn't come with dlc at default but there's a pack that's about 5 bucks to get extras. I'm not positive though.

Great game, by the way. Best racer I've played in years.

Probably not. DLC is general meant to be bought separate from the game. Unless its a GotY edition.

The eShop version is the special edition just like the disc. I have the game. You can play as Metal Sonic.

Yes! Metal sonic is already unlocked when you download the game, he also has all the mods unlocked.

Do surverys for gift cards such as Gamestop,Amazon,Nintendo eShop and much more.
