This game looks really awesome and I would really like it to hit the Wii U stretch goal. Looking good for them so far since they're over 1/4th of the way funded with 20 days left. If you have moneyz, please give this project some love.

My bad then. I guess a mod can lock this thread, then.

Looks pretty interesting. I'm game for some 16-bit sprite action RPG and puzzles.

One part confused me though.

CrossCode takes places in CrossWorlds, a fictional MMO of the distant future. CrossWorlds is a strange MMO because of two reasons: First, for some reason it’s all about throwing balls and second, it takes place on a real planet in real space:

Players of CrossWorlds can remotely connect from far away, walking the planet via physical avatars, experiencing the world with all 5 senses - not even to mention the excellent framerate and resolution!

Does MMO mean something different here? I've always known it to mean massive multiplayer online, and nothing else. And the wording is a little weird. In one sentence, it calls CrossWorlds fictional, but in literally the next sentence, it says it's a real planet in real space.

Also, I'm almost positive playing this game will be limited to two senses (sight, hearing), but I that's probably just buzz talk.

So Anakin kneels before Monster Mash and pledges his loyalty to the graveyard smash.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure MMO means that here, because the banner for that section says "The game within the game". So it's kind of like a SAO type of thing. A fictional MMO that you're playing in.

Yup, this is really awesome! Probably my most-anticipated indie game, right next to Hyper Light Drifter. I know the projects these guys used to make, and their creativity and talent is just baffling. They tend to accomplish things that go far beyond what most people do with the same engine(s), and put a lot of effort into every little detail!
I mean, this game is made entirely with HTML5 and JavaScript (mainly through the JavaScript engine Impact.js), but I never would've expected something as awesome as this to be possible on a browser!

@CaviarMeths It's an MMO that is based on fiction, but the players control real avatars in a real environment. I think the description said that the MMO environment is on the moon.
