Don't forget that there's either 1 or 2 remaining weeks of new eshop content. Of course the 18th December is definite but I'm much less certain about whether they'll release new stuff on Christmas Day (if the eshop servers survive that day given last year).

Eshop servers will crash again but that's a good thing in a warped way.

I bought digital Mario Kart 8 (still have physical copy but looks rather worn after 500 hours of gameplay) so now I have a 7th Digital Deluxe Promotion £5 eshop card! I hope to get my 8th and final code on Boxing Day (26th) after buying a lot on Christmas Day.
I'm 19 points short of another card. $2 away from $5.
There's some good cheap games like The Abyss, Edge, Rush, 99 Secs, Toki Tori, Swords & Soldiers, XType Plus or a table in Zen Pinball 2 you could get to top it up.
So I need to make my last purchase before the deadline to get another code but I can't decide between these options;

What are people's thoughts?
I'd probably go for Stealth Inc 2 but I generally like stealth games (Splinter Cell is one of my favourite franchises) though as of right now I only own Dr. Luigi and was not impressed by it. It is essentially a Dr. Mario clone with an additional mode where the typical 2 block capsules are replaced by the L-shaped tetris block capsules, also the online pretty much died within a month of launch so you can't play against anyone except local or online friends.
Got a pair of questions for any European eShop users about the Wii U eShop:
1) If I was to log into a friend's Wii U with my Nintendo Network ID and make a purchase, could I then download said purchase onto my console?
2) Is there any other way to make Wii U eShop purchases other than the console itself? (i.e Internet site, etc)
For months I tried to figure out if I was part of the promotion but couldn't find anywhere to check. Then this site's "1 Week Warning" came up and I could check. I'm only £6.50 away from another voucher. Problem is, I'm visiting family abroad and won't be back to my Wii U till 1st Jan!
I kinda want to just splurge on something to move me to a milestone in points, but I would need to spend $34.80 and there's nothing in particular that I want right now.

It seems pretty silly to splurge like that just to hit a milestone. Waiting till a game you want goes on sale usually saves you $5 or more right there (I just got Stick it to the Man for $5 off, for example), and you don't have to spend $50 to do it. So unless you are really close, it doesn't seem worth it. After getting all the sale games I wanted, I only needed to spend $9.60 more to get another voucher, so I went ahead and got Pushmo World for $9.99 since that is by Nintendo and will likely never go on sale. I only got 4 or 5 vouchers over the last 2 years, but I saved a lot more money than extra vouchers would have been worth by waiting for sales.
