That's right both games were ESRB rated for release on the Wii U, however as it turns out it was a mistake on the ESRB website so if you saw it like I did, sadly it was just an error. My source can't be listed as it was reported on my website, however I just felt that I should let you guys know about this nonetheless. Regardless Xenoblade Chronicles will likely release on the North American Wii U Virtual Console Service at some point, but that time isn't right now.
Namco seems to be in the process of bringing the Tales games to Steam anyway, so if you really want DotNW (for some reason), just get it there.

The time between my account creation and my first post is 3 days, so that, I guess.
Honestly though, I have no idea how the vetting process works. I know it's done manually, but beyond that, no idea. Maybe they just run a quick check to make sure your email/username has never been associated with shady stuff online? Or you're not a previously banned person making a new account? I don't know. Time frame seems to vary pretty widely. I think my activation was pretty quick, as things go.
