Cheap answer but it would honestly depend on the game. If it was fun then sure, if not then I wouldn't want it now simply because we never had it before.
I bought Bio Miracle and Do-Re-Mi Fantasy on the Wii. I can't read a single word of text in either, but I absolutely love those games. Text heavy RPGs would obviously be a problem, but bring on the platformers.

Yes, but I would also like the Japanese Wii VC Releases. There were loads more Arcade and PC Engine Releases. To name a few, Rolling Thunder, New Zealand Story, SCI (Chase HQ 2), The Ninja Warriors, Starblade, Parasol Stars
I wouldn't mind so long as they are still playable without. My Japanese is very limited so I can only read Kana and a negligible amount of Kanji.
The Mysterious Murasame Castle is a step in the right direction, but I wish that they would release it on Wii U already (I don't know why they still haven't) as I would prefer to play retro console games on a home console and retro handheld games on a handheld device.
"Gee, that's really persuasive. Do you have any actual points to make other than to essentially say 'me Tarzan, physical bad, digital good'?"
There are a couple Fire Emblem titles I'd love to play. They'd obviously need to be translated though... I can always hope a couple of them get released with FE: Fates getting a release soon.

Outside of some arcade and PC Engine ports I can't think of anything from the cart era on consoles. I suppose the Mario Mahjong game from the DS would be fun, but you couldn't play multiplayer. Mr, Driller A for the GBA would be cool. On Wii I've got a few, but it's unlikely you'd see them: Taiko no Tatsujin, Takoron, Mahjong Taikai - I can't see them getting a release.
@NateKimble: i hate to break you're bubble on Animal Forest 64 but that already been translated to Animal Crossing on the Nintendo Gamecube,
as sad as it seems be GC games not on Wii U, there not a 100% chance of happening for it to be translation

Well, it's approaching Panel De Pon's 20th anniversary and it would make my year if the original Panel De Pon were to be released on the Virtual Console to celebrate this fact.
Alongside the likes of Lip, there are a lot of Nintendo characters and IPs that I learned of through either SSB or research that I would love to see make it over here in any form, and virtual console is one form I'd be more than okay to see them finally arrive through. After all, it worked out pretty well for The Mysterious Murasame Castle.
Along with Panel De Pon, I'd also like to see Shin Onigashima (though that would take a lot of translating), Joy Mech Fight, and Tomato Adventure arrive overseas through virtual console. The original entry in the Magical series, Magical Vacation, would also be nice to see available on the virtual console.
@Scarhino89: That would be unplayable to everybody who can't read Japanese. And although they did translate Mother 1, thats not something that can be expected for other Japanese games which would be straight releases of the original.
