That Kunio game was released as Renegade in North America. (not to be confused with Target: Renegade, a different game, even though both were published by Taito)
The Wii VC version was released in both regions, but the 3DS VC version was only released in Japan.

Same as for the 3DS list: thanks for making that list and keeping it up to date.
Atm there don't seem to be any exclusive Wii U VC games missing in Europe, so i just hope we get as many Wii VC games as possible in 60Hz on Wii U. Hopefully some new ones or stuff that didn't get released on the Wii in Europe too.
