Japan getting Alien Cruch for TG16 and Rockman.EXE for GBA (not familiar with the spinoffs, is that Battle Network 1?)

Europe gets Pop n Twinbee this week, I hope North America actually gets it this time around. I played the Twinbee series on my brother's PSP which included the one that Europe is getting on Wii U this week and enjoyed them.

Japan gets Super Mario Advance 1 (GBA version of American SMB2) and Kuru Kuru Kururin (Released in Japan, Europe, and Australia, but not North America originally).

Japan gets Mysterious Murasame Castle, Neutopia II, Mega Man Battle Chip Challenge, Otogirisō, and Be Ball.

Fan of all things Earthbound and cartoons, mostly from Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon and Disney XD.

Nickelodeon's Comeback (Finally!)

I also play Smash Bros. 3DS on a daily basis.

Be Ball is Chew Man Fu in the west, if you're keeping track of PCE releases.
It looks like you also missed Kung-Fu Heroes for the NES from last week (although it's probably doubtful it will get released on VC in the west, because I'm surprised to learn Culture Brain is still alive in Japan).
