They can do like the 3DS eshop. To have all DSiware catalog one instead to upload one by one. In Wii U it could be the same, to have all wiiware and VC catalog instead of uploading one by one.

If I'm not mistaken, it did have an ESRB several years ago, but it never saw the light of day.
That's a shame. It's really the only one of these sports games I had interest in.
